Talland 22 sits above Talland Bay on the South Cornwall coast between Looe and Polperro. The setting is quieter than either town, giving guests a peaceful base with beaches and walking close by while keeping shops, harbour attractions and restaurants within easy reach.

Talland Bay is made up of Talland Sands and Rotterdam Beach, two small coves separated by a rocky headland. The beaches are popular for swimming, paddling and rock pooling, while the sheltered position makes them especially appealing for families.

The South West Coast Path runs directly through Talland Bay. Head west and the path climbs towards Polperro through open countryside and dramatic coastal scenery.
