Overview of Dunstone Farm
Dunstone Farm is a characterful South Devon farmhouse surrounded by rolling countryside near Chillington, with the coast only a few miles away. Sleeping ten across the main house and a separate Apple Store suite, it offers a particularly flexible setup for families sharing, grandparents travelling with younger generations or groups who want plenty of space.
The private outdoor pool is one of the biggest reasons to choose Dunstone Farm. Set below the house in its own gated area, it has sun loungers, seating and a pool house with a fridge and further chairs, creating a relaxed place to spend warm summer days without leaving the property.
Inside, the farmhouse has several distinct social spaces. The large kitchen and dining area has a log burner and enough room for the group to gather around the farmhouse table, while the separate drawing room adds sofas, a second log burner, a grand piano and desk. A playroom gives children their own space too.
Four bedrooms are in the main house, while the fifth sits in The Apple Store just across the lawn. This self-contained suite has its own kitchen, living area, shower room and deck, making it especially useful for grandparents or another couple.
The location gives guests easy access to South Devon's coastline without sacrificing a rural setting. Beesands, Lannacombe, Torcross, Slapton Sands, South Pool and East Portlemouth are all close by, while Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth are within easy reach.
For groups looking for a large holiday home with a pool, flexible accommodation and a peaceful South Hams setting, Dunstone Farm has a lot to offer.
