Sandbanks Beach is directly outside and offers a long stretch of golden sand for swimming, sunbathing and family beach days. Being able to return to the apartment whenever needed is particularly convenient for families with younger children.

Poole Harbour provides a completely different environment only a short distance away. Its sheltered waters are popular for sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking and windsurfing, with equipment hire and tuition available locally.

The Sandbanks chain ferry connects the peninsula with Studland, providing quick access to Shell Bay, Knoll Beach and the wider Purbeck coast.
