Discover our entire range of large cottages near Poole that sleep 10 or more here.
The location is a major part of its appeal. Canford Cliffs village has cafés, a bakery, delicatessen, restaurants and gastro pubs close at hand, so it is easy to leave the cars behind for meals out or a relaxed morning coffee. The sandy beach is also within walking distance, while Sandbanks and Poole Harbour are only a short journey away for swimming, watersports and days beside the water.
Inside, the house feels light and sociable, with large feature windows overlooking the garden. The open-plan ground floor brings together the kitchen, dining area and main lounge, creating a natural gathering place for group meals and evenings together. A second sitting room on the first floor gives children, teenagers or part of the group somewhere quieter to watch a film or relax.
The private garden adds another generous social space, with a lawn, patio and outdoor dining furniture for sunny breakfasts and evening barbecues. Upstairs, the additional sun terrace provides a further place to enjoy time outside.
With five bedrooms, flexible family sleeping space, parking behind electric gates and easy access to both Canford Cliffs and Sandbanks, Nautiques is a strong choice for groups who want a comfortable coastal base without needing to drive everywhere.

How does the layout work for a group of 10?
The standard layout gives groups several ways to divide the rooms.
Four couples can take the super king and king-size bedrooms, leaving the large top-floor family room for two children or other guests.
Families with several children may prefer to use Bedroom 5 as a shared children's room, allowing the remaining doubles to be allocated between parents and grandparents.
The two ensuite bedrooms also give couples more privacy, while the family bathroom and upper shower room serve the remaining rooms.
