The house is arranged over four levels. A ground-floor king-size bedroom has its own shower room, while another king-size bedroom with an en-suite sits alongside the main lounge on the second floor. A breakfast bar, sofa, armchair and wall-mounted television create an additional informal seating area.

The main sitting room is on the second floor and has several sofas, an armchair, beanbag and large Smart TV. Bi-fold doors make the most of the elevated sea views and help give this upper level a strong connection with the coastal setting.

Outside, the rear garden combines a large lawn with a raised decked terrace. A table and chairs provide outdoor dining for ten, and a barbecue can be used for meals outside in warmer weather.

Location & Things to Do Near Bayview

Bayview is in Paignton on the southern side of the English Riviera, positioned between Paignton town centre and Brixham. Goodrington Sands and Broadsands Beach are both around 0.7 miles away, giving the group a choice of two sandy beaches within easy reach.

Goodrington Sands is a long family-friendly beach with swimming, watersports and nearby activities. Broadsands is another broad sandy bay between Paignton and Brixham, with calm water, rock pools and seasonal kayak and paddleboard hire.

Paignton town centre is around two miles away for its seafront, pier, harbour, shops and restaurants. Attractions in the area include Paignton Zoo, Splashdown Quaywest and the Dartmouth Steam Railway, which runs from Paignton towards Kingswear with connections across the River Dart to Dartmouth.
